For receipt of custom artwork

Upon paying you agree to these terms.Age Restriction: For the safety of myself (and parents credit cards) clients must be 18 or older!Payments: I use Paypal, Boosty, or HipoLink for payment. Invoices are not available to me.
After discussing and agreeing on a commission I will send my Paypal email adress or link to my HL\Boosty account. Payments are taken upfront. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours your slot may be given to someone else. Work starts after payment is received.Reference material: I can work with a variety of visual reference material for your characters. Game screenshots, 3D models, base fills, MS paint sketches, photomashes, artist commissioned references, AI generations, written descriptions, etc…The quality and readability of your reference may impact the final product.Written references are subject to my interpretation, keep in mind large or frequent alterations may incur extra fees.Wait Time/Deadlines: All artwork commissions are guaranteed to be finished within one month after payment is made.WIPS/drafts: I will send draft sketches to the client for approval before the piece is finished. This is the best time to request alterations!Fixes and alterations: If I miss/forget something shown on your reference sheet or discussed prior, such as markings I will fix them free of charge! (Please don't be afraid to point them out!) However, I cannot make large alterations to the base drawing once the piece is finished. So make sure important details are discussed and agreed upon at the draft stage.Refunds/Cancelations: Once the artwork is finished I don't offer refunds. If you need to cancel a commission before it is startedI may allow a refund. However keep in mind that I start on artwork very quickly after payment is made.I also reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason. For example, in the event that a client is rude and unreasonable.Copyright and permissions: You (The client) are welcomed to alter the artwork in any way you see fit and post it on any platforms. I as the artist reserve the rights to the artwork as well. For example, for promotional purposes. By default the artwork you receive is for personal, non-commercial use. If you plan to re-sell the artwork (for things such as merchandise) please let me know beforehand and we can discuss commercial licensing!Other: If you would like alternate file types or file sizes, I can provide them free of charge! I can also provide working files.Files are usually around 3000px by 3000px unless requested otherwise.I sometimes add a (non obstructive) signature to the finished pieces, if you would prefer one without that let me know.Upon paying the invoice you agree to these terms.
